After you complete the Registration you will receive a confirmation verifying your Distributor status.
Inactive Account? If your account has been inactive since 2009, or your company does not have an account, you will be notified by email with instructions on how to reactivate/activate your account.
Using the Shopping Cart
The shopping cart was customized to process online purchases for active Authorized Distributors using Purchase Order Numbers.

How to Quote or Place Your First Order using a Purchase Order Number
Once you have received your wholesale verification status, simply follow these easy steps to place an order. We stand ready to help weekdays from 8:00AM until 5:00PM (Pacific) and Fridays until 4:00PM. If you encounter any problems, please refer to our Customer Service FAQ for information after hours or call us at 1-800-566-4827.
- Enter our Store
- Store Front Entrances; Order Now Tab or Quick Links side bar
- Or Rapid Order: Use this to order method to buy only the sizes listed. Click the Order link to add to the shopping cart, you can click to add another size listed and adjust any quantities before checking out.
- Add the Item to Your Shopping Cart
- From the line item detail grid, find the correct Tap size for your Extension
- Make sure columns B and C measurements match exactly with the Machine or Pipe Tap specifications you are using.
- Find the desired length and click the PART# Button to place it in the shopping cart.
- Repeat for additional items. You can adjust quantities during the checkout process.
- Proceed to Checkout
- Click the Shopping Cart icon to checkout.
- Sign In (must be a verified Distributor to activate wholesale status)
- Enter a Billing Address [Tip: must match distributor account and/or cardholder information]
- Enter a Ship-To (customer drop ship) Address, mark package information
- Choose Preferred Carrier Service (UPS, Fed Ex, USPS)
- Choose Collect or Prepay Service (Prepaid service fee adds $3.95 to shipping charges)
- Choose Payment Method (Purchase Order No. or Credit Card)
- The next frame will provide your quote with Discount and Shipping included
- To hold the order, CLICK the Cart Icon and check the Postpone box at any time during checkout before you pay. Click to remove the check to complete the order. Orders will remain in your cart until processed or deleted
- Review and Submit Your Order
- Print Your Receipt/Invoice
- An Order Confirmation will be Emailed
- A Notice of Shipment will be Emailed
