Activate Existing Account

 

Distributors with an existing account (i.e., active since 2009 and we have your information on file) will need to request wholesale status for your Web Store Account.

1. Register your Company; be sure to include the supplier number assigned to Tap Associates, Inc. by your Company.
   

2. We will verify and email notice of your wholesale activation

3. Sign in and begin to process your Purchase Order

1: Create a Web Account conditional to your Company policy; complete the REGISTRATION process.  Additional authorized Buyers may be added separately under the same company name.

Expedite your activation, contact Distributor Services during business hours, M-F 8AM – 5PM Pacific, 1-800-LONGTAP (566-4827).

Note: Once you have successfully submitted your Registration, you can explore the new shopping cart, place and postpone a Purchase Order until your wholesale status is activated.

2: We will make every attempt to verify and activate your online account within 24 hours.  Requests for Web account activation received after 4:00PM PST or on weekends will be activated within 24 hrs. beginning the next business day.

We will send an email confirmation to the email address used to register when your Wholesale account is active.

3: Once your wholesale account is activated, you can sign in to our store and process your Purchase Order.  Discount pricing and shipping options will be displayed before the payment option to complete your Purchase Order appears.
